flaame is a not-for-profit organization based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.  The staff at flaame is dedicated to researching and offering life saving information and tips focused on preventing medication errors.  We also work with pharmacists, physicians, hospitals and you to educate, legislate and protect anyone who must take medications. Many of our lives have been touched by this unfortunate phenomenon and we hope to protect others from being affected by it.
